What You’ll Do at Stratyfy
- Collaborate directly with our C-suite to shape the vision and design of our next-gen AI solutions designed for financial services
- Get involved in the sales process early—scoping out new opportunities and turning client needs into actionable product stories
- Serve as the voice of the customer, partnering across teams to brainstorm and build innovative features
- Deliver impactful live demos and help scale our video resource library
- Own the agile process: facilitate as a Scrum Master and translate customer feedback into clear development priorities
- Help troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure a smooth experience
- Partner with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, and engineering to craft high-quality technical sales materials
- Thrive in the fast-paced, fluid environment of a growing startup
Experience You Bring To This Role
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3+ years of experience in product, business systems, software development, or project management (fintech or technology background preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the capacity to navigate complex and ambiguous challenges
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- High emotional intelligence with a self-motivated, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Strong sense of accountability and the ability to work independently
- Adaptable and responsive to evolving business priorities
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration
